• Up to 2,000 sqft: $250. 1-1.5 hrs on site

• 2,001 to 3,000 sqft: $325. 1.5-2 hrs on site

• 3,001 sqft and up/Lifestyle/Airbnb/Architectural/Rental Property Photos etc.: $100/hr (On site + editing)

• Virtual Staging: +$40 per photo

• 4% fee when using PayPal invoice
